Pros: - $75 flat AC fee - quick maintenance request and easy portal. Fixes bathtub pipes & replaced stove with two broken burners - ferry access - TJs & Target on 4th - summer activities - safety on stuytown grounds Cons: - distance to trains - danger on 1st & north
