Pros: Secure, large apartments Cons: Management can take a while to repair things Advice to landlord: Have a more streamlined maintenance process

Pros: Generally quiet building No pest issues Very safe Close to Rego Park mall and Forest Hills. Lots of grocery shops around and eating areas Cons: Building is right next to the train track so occasional noise Corridor carpets need a change or wash
