Unit 4j Pros: The building has been recently remodeled and they are renovating the apartments. The place has parking in garage and assigned spots. There is a pool. They have elevators and on site management t. The management is responsive to repairs. Cons: They don’t have porters to take garbage out and bring in your packages. Advice to landlord: Get porters

Unit 1H Pros: The size of the apartment was great. Cons: The management was awful. The neighbors were extremely rude and constantly broke apartment rules (such as don't feed wildlife), management did nothing. We were told we weren't allowed to use or decorate our balcony. Was harassed for smoking across the street. Raised rent but didn't update anything in the apartment. Was told pets weren't allowed but the neighbors that harassed us had 2 large dogs in their apartment. Advice to landlord: Don't harass unproblematic tenant. You lose a lot of go tenants that way. We don't pay so much money to continually be bothered.

We started to suspect it might be tied to building. Never had nice until 6 months ago the whole building got it . Neighbors found 4 , I found one and evidence of droppings and paper eaten . People don’t take covid seriously Advice to landlord: Change appliances nos people’s electric bills are t crazy . People easily spent $300-$400 on coned
