Unit 1E Pros: This is a very nice building love that there is a gym and pool and close to everything Cons: neighbors can be nosy and you have to pay extra for gym and pool Advice to landlord: lower cost of amenaties

Pros: Building was in a good area. Building was kept ok. Cons: Roaches were everywhere. They would have people come to get rid of them but if we didn’t have them come to our apartment to spay the bugs would travel from neighbors to us. It was almost impossible to keep anything from this building considering they had pretty much lived all over the building. Advice to landlord: Figure out the roaches.

Pros: Close to the mall Parking is awesome Cons: Roaches Bed bugs No fire alarm in the apartment LL doesn’t speak Most people will say good morning and he will not answer Advice to landlord: Treat your consumer with compassion 6
