“Pros: Location and fixtures are pretty hard to beat Cons: Noise got bad at some times”
— 335 EAST 27 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 5H Pros: Very nice always clean never seen any pests in my apartment. The views are really nice lots of natural light. Barely hear any sounds from neighbors. Cons: Management sucks at returning emails but the live-in super is very responsive. In the morning there's constant honking for free parking at the park as early as 6 am. The dryers in the building are also really bad. AC breaks like once a month Advice to landlord: Respond to emails”
— 335 EAST 27 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 6H Pros: Very clean and well-maintained Excellent responsive live-in super Cons: AC rattling noise was very loud in my unit - not sure if they've fixed it since then but believe it affects all units Advice to landlord: Fix AC rattling noise”
— 335 EAST 27 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: New building, quality construction Cons: The worst management ever - impossible to get a deposit back. Completely unresponsive. On top of that, the corridors smell like cigarettes.”
“Pros: Very clean and new building with laundry and gym access Cons: Only give 1 key fab and strict on giving more unless you have more on the lease”
— 335 EAST 27 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean, weekly cleanings, Super is responsive Cons: It’s so cold, heater always breaks, heating Bill is so expensive but it’s still cold, the gym was moved to the basement so it’s really not the high quality experience it used to be. There are handsanitizer dispensers but they are always empty. Also a ton of people in the building walk around without masks. Advice to landlord: You can’t lure people in with amenities like the gym and then move the gym to the basement. Joseph Sommerstein, FirstRealty’s designated broker for this building, also lies a lot and overpromises things he can’t deliver.”
