Me and my children a subject to see him falling a sleep in the elevator and touching himself. It is quite a disturbing site, I have complained to managment as well as 3 other tenants and nothing has been done about it. For the amount of money I pay to love here I should not have to be subject to that kind of thing, nor should anyone else. This place is going down. I am not going to renew my leaae”
— 333 RECTOR PLACE · Manhattan“Unless you like throwing your money away to dirty rotten management companies who hang up on you, I would never ever rent here again. Dont be mistaken, the sizes of the apartments, the views, and the balconies here are impressive. However, everyone who lives here lives in fear of asking management to do ANYTHING, of 30% rent increases, and of having a heat wave in May without being "allowed" to turn your air conditioner on (even so, when you do turn it on, you basically juat cool the place down, you are never refreshed). The super is a mean old man who sits on his a** all day, except around holiday time of course. The doormen and porters are all very friendly and take good care of the building, but that is no reason to live here. You can find a better deal somewhere else.”
“I do not know what has happened with this place. Apartment sizes are great, however, most apartments look like they havent been renovated since the day the building opened. For the rent they charge here (and it keeps going up and up), you'd think they would update the ammenities in the apartments. The AC units blos just enough so that you are not hot, but never cool. The toilets are set so that you have to hold the lever down the entire time otherwise they dont fully flush. They dont even allow you to use your AC until after Memorial Day - they will refer to NY law that they dont have to legally turn it on until then, regardless of how hot it is outside. Management is the definition of CHEAP!!”
— 333 RECTOR PLACE · Manhattan“Laundry facilities are overcrowded at times, and dryers may need 2 or 3 runs to actually dry clothes fully ($2.25 per run). Building and staff are nice. Neighbors tend to be more financially upscale (i.e., professionals and $100k yuppies).”
— 333 RECTOR PLACE · Manhattan“Clean and attractive building and grounds. Courteous and helpful staff. Small fitness center, roofdeck, laundry room, and parking garage (separate monthly charge). Mgt is generally pretty responsive; drawback is that they keep all or almost all of the interest earned from your security deposit.

”
