“Pros: Door people and super are very attentive, responsive, and kind. Each of the apartments has great finishes, high ceilings and big windows. Roof deck is beautiful. Cons: Noise from the surrounding area and the gym underneath can be bothersome at times. Many apartments are vacant due to owners not living there permanently.”

“Pros: Location is great. Cons: Kushner owned building and non-responsive management. Apartment was not clean when moving in. Trash is left at the stairs landing. apartments soo small compared to pricing. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive.”
