“Unit 19 Pros: Location is great. The super and maintenance staff are wonderful and super responsive. The landlord is great, although he recently passed off the building to a management company that's been okay so far. Cons: It is a former tenement building, so the setup can be a bit weird. The recycling area is a bit cringy too. Cockroach control could be better. I found a live on in my mailbox once on an envelope. Packages get stolen Advice to landlord: Install a camera to catch package thieves, which tend to be neighbors”

“Pros: Prime location in soho Cons: Zero amenities available Advice to landlord: Video door buzzer or code to get in the main door instead of the key. Also cameras in the hallway for stolen packages.”
