“Unit 4F Pros: Great building, quiet and reasonable rent for the area of SoHo. Wonderful location in quiet corner of SoHo. Good light in some rooms. No problems with management clean building quiet neighbors. TONs of storage and closets etc Cons: Living room in 4F is a bit small and dark, management is not super responsive to non-service related requests (e.g. we emailed asking if there were additional units available multiple times with no response). Have had packages go missing once or twice”
