“Pros: It felt so homey and cozy because it was so small. Cons: There were roaches everywhere. Advice to landlord: Please do better.”

“Pros: Tons of music and different cultures coexisting in the neighborhood Cons: Gets dirty fast due to gangs that hang around inside building staircases and party almost every night. Gunshots are a thing, and tons of police surveillance though there doesn't seem much use Advice to landlord: Replace front door so only residents can enter. Current replacement locks just keep getting broken by the gangs”
