“Unit 5W Pros: Nice apartments with decent finishes - brand new building so new appliances etc etc Cons: Communication is poor (hot water went out for 2 nights and heard nothing) Tenants are dirty Roach infestation (in the hallways) within 1 year of building opening Advice to landlord: Do your yearly inspections as required and require remediation or removal for tenants with poor sanitation fueling the pest issue”
