Cons: Cheaply built poorly maintained. 1) serious in unit pest issues 2) slow responsiveness from upper management 3) cheap appliances/ shoddy build 4)seemingly never ending problems with building because of this 5) currently flooded due to sprinkler issues caused by faulty maintenance all the way from 4th floor to lobby and all elevators down Advice to landlord: Use the luxury prices you charge to actually go into building and not into your pockets”
