Had to use temporary A/C units. Now in winter heating has been out twice. Once for 3 weeks in december and currently, with no expected fix date. Advice to landlord: DO NOT RENT here if you want livable temperatures. Management is not resposive in these cases. Only open ended vague emails promising fixes.”
