“Unit 4C Pros: Great location in regards to proximity to train lines and restaurants Cons: Absolute terrible construction. There is no insulation between floors and you can hear every single step the people make above you. I am light on my feet and still got complaints. The people above us sounded like they were walking around with bricks on their feet. Landlord would put off doing absolutely any maintenance work in the building. We had a leak from above and drywall falling from the ceiling and it took months for them to even fix the leak let alone the wall. The units look new and updated, but it was not done well. Advice to landlord: insulate the ceilings/floors”

A ton of dust on ledges and definitely mold. Hasn’t seen a fresh coat of paint in years. Management is inconsistent in their responsiveness. Trash area is several doors down the street. Advice to landlord: Clean up your building!”
