“Unit 6KK Pros: Location, relatively quiet neighborhood, easy to access MTA transport into the city. Cons: UPDATE: super & management STILL DON’T respond properly. Took them to court, still have issues within my unit and repairs the need to be done in the building itself. Roaches! They do have a company that comes twice a month to provide pest control, but you have to be home. Working a Monday-Friday it’s kinda hard to just leave or not go into work to wait all day for pest control to come. I’ve emailed management & the super about some things that need to be addressed in my unit, it’s been almost 3 months now and NO RESPONSE! Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenets when we call/email/text. Tent the building, the roach issue is NOT normal.”
— 34-15 PARSONS BOULEVARD · Queens“Pros: In a semi quiet neighborhood Cons: Lots of infestations. Ceilings are thin so you can hear elephant stomps coming from your upstairs neighbor. People are always throwing oil/water/soap/other unidentified liquids/garbage out of their windows. Just dirty. And management is nonexistent. Good luck trying to get a reply for a parking spot or for any complains or issues that needs to be fixed. Advice to landlord: Do better”

— 34-15 PARSONS BOULEVARD · Queens“Pros: Spacious apartment, reasonable well renovated Cons: Construction debris everywhere, tiny garbage shoots that resulted in tons of trash stuck in the trash rooms, inadequate number of porters that could not keep up with the filth that built up in the hallways and around the building, poorly lit walkways that created trip hazards, non-responsive management company. Advice to landlord: Get more staff and keep the place clean.”
