“Unit 6C Pros: Great location at convenient neighborhood at the hottest part of astoria, sunlight, decent size, rent-stabilized. Cons: except roof in the building has a huge leak (i seen the sky through my ceiling during the collapse). Unfortunately the building management is horribly neglecting and irresponsible of repair even with multiple open HPD violations. Advice to landlord: Repair roof and make your apartments habitable.”
