“Unit 10L Pros: Great views and the beach is nice Cons: Too many bugs, I couldn’t get my landlord to fix extreme water problems in the column. Instead of fixing it they decided to kicked me out. I was there for several years and had great relations. Once the water damage got out of control so did the landlords relations with me. I ending up losing over 40,000 dollars because of extreme water damage. Some of those items are irreplaceable and then won’t even let me pick up my mail. Advice to landlord: Please stop making horrible situations hostile.”
