Landlord is responsive and responsible Cons: Very unclean lobby, elevator, and basement. Someone stepped in and dragged in dog poo all over the floor several weeks ago and no one has cleaned it. Mice in building but not in apartment. Advice to landlord: Regular cleaning of the lobby. Organise garbage management”
