“Pros: Overall great cleanliness and management. Trash kept up with, great location, felt very safe. Cons: Some of the mailboxes and mail area would be in disarray walking in. Also the elevator isn’t big enough for a queen mattress or box spring.”

Cons: Maintenance will come quickly, but then have follow up things he needs to leave for. Then won’t ever return. Also will shut off hot water to fix radiator without warning and be without hot water for more than 6 hours”
