The rear building doesn't have real heat. They give you the "opportunity" for heat by having electricity and providing wall mounted space heaters. The winter month heat bills cost $300-$400-$500-$400-$300 from November to March. And that's with the apartment still being cold! Advice to landlord: Install real heat in the building and make a real effort to solve the mouse problem.”
