“Pros: Pre-war building. Good location. Good neighbors. Rent stabilized. Super on premises. Relatively spacious apartments. Cons: Heat and Hot water on and off. Package theft. Elevator frequently out of service. Seasonal pest problems. Advice to landlord: The elevator is a necessity for Seniors living in the building. It frequently gets stuck, despite a previous repair, which tenants are still paying for. Also, would be good to follow up on Amazon locker and Internet providers other than Spectrum.”
