Cons: We had to hound them every single winter to turn on the heat. Mice were a regular issue, and they did nothing to solve it other than sending an exterminator around every once in a blue moon. Lots of smokers, both in apartments and in the hallways, landlord seemed unconcerned and unhelpful, even during COVID. Lots of package theft. Lots of untreated mold across the building. Windows and doors are terrible and do not seal the apartments well. Advice to landlord: Be proactive in fixing things and listen to your tenants - you'd certainly have less turnover.”
