“Pros: Simple process to receive security deposit back once we were finally able to make the appointment. Cons: Communication was difficult and lacking. Pests were prevalent. Packages were frequently stolen and the response from management was to shrug. Questions about our building were often met with angry tones and short answers on the other end that rarely brought resolution. Advice to landlord: Please invest in your people so that they will properly help.”

“Pros: Rent was cheep and nice for a first apt for a bunch of college students but there were a lot of problems that are hard to over look. Cons: Neighbors play loud music every weekend Unresponsive landlord and super Packages frequently stolen Apparently pests in the building bug I’ve never seen any Poor trash management Loud pipes at all hours on Advice to landlord: Be move actively involved in your property, it takes months to receive any maintenance. And make packages easier to receive because they are often left in the lobby and stolen ”
