“Pros: Fixtures are great, apartment is nice and everything works well, amenities are good Cons: Location, tenants, noise”
— 275 LORIMER STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Party room and pool table were nice. Awesome roof. Lobby and coworking areas were nice. Big windows in bedroom and master bedroom has a really nice closet. Appliances and cabinetry were good. Cons: Certain things never got completed. Like there is still a hole (for a vent installation maybe?) in the wall in the hallway from when I moved in over a year ago. And the common spaces get trashed semi regularly (building staff is quick to clean it up though). Pool table got destroyed. Advice to landlord: Consider fining people who damage common spaces”
— 275 LORIMER STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: For the most part, it's been a really nice time here. The gym is a bit small, but pretty functional. The rooftop view is one of the best I've been to. The rooms themselves are decently sized, and for smaller things, management is pretty responsive. Location next to trains and great eats! Cons: We've had a couple of instances where some appliances don't work, they come to fix it, then it breaks down again. Unless I give them a strongly worded email then they go and help us. It could be a lot better.”
— 275 LORIMER STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: - Brand new building with latest amenities and apartment features - Central lighting and AC - Excellent rooftop and dog run Cons: - Package theft and trespassing observed multiple times - Neighbors were extremely noisy and doors are thin - No action taken by Management for any of the above items - Some issues with appliances and water pressure Advice to landlord: Please install a full-time doorman, improve security and address noise issues!!”
