— 551 10 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: New finishes, view and some extras are nice, but now with covid not open all the time- Loved two gyms. Hotel like feel. Employees who have been around a while are the valuable ones. Cons: Traffic Traffic Traffic - Pretty much all the time except at night. Buildings going up everywhere that may block view and prices are not reflective of current market place. No neighborhood feel. Advice to landlord: With the gym closed during covid and not everything available, there needs to be more of an adjustment in rent prices.”
