“Pros: nice building, good people, great neighborhood, big apartments Cons: lots of units have been abandoned by the landlord for years and years, specifically for the tenants who have been there for decades. the trash incinerator currently does not work and there are roaches. heat and hot water has also been inconsistent. Advice to landlord: actually upkeep the building and treat your tenants with the respect they deserve to live in a safe and nice home”

“Pros: Close to park and subway Cons: Landlord raised the rent by $3,000 when the lease was up. It was a rent controlled building but they included a rider in the lease that allowed them to increase. Huge roach infestation in our apartment and others had rats in the walls. Advice to landlord: Try not to be as despicable”
