67 WALL STREET OWNER, L.L.C. · avg 4.4 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Really clean, responsive management, maintenance issues fixed within hours some times. No rodent issues and spacious apartments. Cons: Street noise is loud but just because of the area. Experience is dependent on neighbours in terms of noise levels.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Unit 9M Pros: The doorman are very nice! Handymen are responsive. Layouts are creative and amenities are good. Great closet size. Washer and dryer in unity Cons: Building is old so that comes with old problems that don’t go away even if renovated - wood floor has flooded from AC multiple times. AC unit also shoots out heat in the summer and when we have asked for it to be fixed they can never figure it out. Also in our kitchen the remodeled cabinets have knobs that are too thick on them so they don’t open all the way because they hit the side of the wall before the cabinet can open wide which is frustrating some drawers in the kitchen do the same one is stopped by the stove. Advice to landlord: Work on new AC units”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Management is very responsive to any service and maintenance requests. Package room processes fast and the building is clean and nice. Cons: My unit doesn’t get much light, bathroom ventilation is poor. Advice to landlord: N/A”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Maintenance and trash service is Great. Construction noice and Elevator Maintenance is not great as it’s constantly going on. Lovely front desk staff! Cons: Older hallways and broken elevators. Advice to landlord: Repair elevators and keep package room open for emergencies 24/7 if needed for specific situations.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Beautiful amenities, even has an in-house speakeasy! Really nice building people Cons: Elevators constantly out, only 1 serves the laundry; rent raise was really high”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Unit 13N Pros: Location is perfect (especially if living and working in FiDi) and the building is reasonably well maintained. Cons: The leasing process is not straightforward.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Spent 2 years in this building. Overall nice place - management was pretty responsive to issues Cons: Many issues with elevators in both 63 wall and 67 wall over the past couple years”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Responsive management, super clean, no pest issues, great gym Cons: You can hear what your neighbor is doing in their apartment”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean enough, nice and helpful doormen Cons: Amenities were just ok, not nice enough to justify the extra cost each month. Management company was horrible. Always putting extra charges on accounts “on accident”, not responsive or dismissive of issues. Had an hot water was off for a month once and all they offered was a hot plate and 10% discount on electric bill for the month. Advice to landlord: Stop being money hungry.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Maintenance was always quick Mailroom was effective, never lost or damaged a package Cons: Building and appliances are older Lower floors can hear street noise”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Unit 4A Pros: Clean, and there was very responsive handy men on site that would help with the occasional clogged toilet. Never had issues with pests, convenient trash shoots. And they were updating the building with great amenities like peloton bikes in the gym. But there is additional amenities fees and the whole apartment had to opt in which didn’t really work well with roommates who had different preferences as to whether to opt in or not. Cons: Not very spacious, didn’t get a lot of light in our 1BR+office, and not an open kitchen layout. Laundry room area could have been cleaner.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Unit 18A Pros: The mailroom and the doormen are all great. The maintenance crew is also very responsive whenever there is an issue. Cons: The building management is a little all over the place. Additionally hot water will sometimes just not work at night without warning.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Newly renovated interiors, full time friendly staff, great central location, pet friendly, lots of young residents Cons: Rats and cockroaches outside of the building every night”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Unit 13N Pros: Strong community, friendly staff, fast resolution of maintenance requests, clean and well maintained amenities, doormen kept apt safe Cons: During our stay the entrance was changed from Wall St to Beaver St (back of building). This was an inconvenience as it confused guests and delivery drivers. Tenants were unable to enter that entrance freely with a key fob or access code. You had to buzz the doorman who would look through a camera and let you in. Sometimes they would take a long time to respond or even not respond. Advice to landlord: Give key fobs to tenants so they can enter back entrance freely”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean buildings with good light. Cons: Elevator system is quite old and could use update. Advice to landlord: No advice needed”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Rent stabilized so we’re getting an amazing deal on our 1 bedroom compared to neighboring buildings, building staff is very friendly, amenities are great and well kept. Cons: Wish management was a bit more responsive to our emails/attempts to reach out.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Unit 18C Pros: Building is great on higher floors, on lower floors be prepared to live in darkness. Door men and package guys are amazing. Leasing office is ok Cons: Very fratty building. People down the hall from me would be running down screaming at 3am because they are tripping out on drugs. They closed the 67 Wall Street entrance and I have to exit with the trash and Uber delivery drivers always struggle to get in. Is my own building entrance that hard to get? I seem to have to get my fob access to my bike room renewed every few month due to a system error”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Walls are very thick and sound proof, which is hard to find in NYC apartments. Doormen, maintenance and package center staff are extremely nice and helpful. In-unit washer drier is amazing. Maintenance is very quick to respond, usually less than 24hrs to come and fix issue. Overall really like the place, but the increase in rent is ridiculous and unaffordable. Cons: The management is unresponsive to emails and charge a ridiculous amount to access amenities. $70/month pp and if you live with roommates all of them have to pay for amenities. Tried to increase rent by $800 - the building is nice but not nearly worth that amount increase. Amenities are nice too but also unaffordable and leasing office is terrible to respond or be accommodating. Advice to landlord: This is a great building but please try to take into consideration the demographic of people who live here when charging such a high amount for rent. It’s very unaffordable for those only a few years out of college.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Awesome amenities here Cons: The management company is horrible”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Clean, good amenities, helpful doormen Cons: Not very interested in individual tenant expetience as it’s a large scale operation”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Loved everything about living at 67 wall. The rooftop, bar, lounge, gym really can not be beat. The doorman are amazing and make you feel at home. Management is not perfect but overall responsive Cons: Amenity fee after first year was heavy but not surprising given all that’s included. The location has a lot of turnover I don’t see how you would live there for too long Advice to landlord: Be nicer to your doormen, they are the life of the building and their frustration with management is sad to see!”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The building is clean and has a lot of amenities Cons: It’s annoying that they started charging extra for the building amenities that they lure residents in with. The 67 lobby closed down and merged with 63 which is really frustrating. Most residents use the back door now which doesn’t have a doorman and isn’t as safe or clean.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Maintenance guys are the NICEST (and they’re fast at responding to any maintenance requests!), front desk guys are also the absolute best. The lobby and common areas have been remodeled and kept really clean. Cons: Management pretty much sucks. Slow and just overall not very competent. The best one could hope for is to not need to interact with them at all. Advice to landlord: Hope you compensate your on site employees well!! They make living here worth it.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: I loved the location, and the quaint roof deck. The doormen were wonderful and extremely attentive. Cons: Front of the apartment facing Wall St was quite loud during the week during business hours. But not worse than any other apartment in nyc. Advice to landlord: Extend the hours of rooftop access.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Speakeasy. Amenities. Location. Bike storage. Renovated. Usually quiet. Cons: Management. Unorganized package room. Security enforcing some rules over others. Not secure back entrance. Advice to landlord: Figure out the package situation. 8-24+ hours to get a package after delivery is way too long. Have security enforce all rules (including dogs in amenity spaces) or no rules at all instead of picking and choosing/playing favorites. Have better signage to notate where the 67 side is since we’ve been shoved in the back and forgotten about even more than before with the new lobby configuration.”
— 67 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Nice doormen/maintenance, quiet, well kept Cons: Construction, new side entrance, high rent Advice to landlord: Add back Wall Street entrance”
