“Pros: Building is nice and common areas are clean. Neighbors are nice. Cons: Management doesn’t respond quickly if at all. They advertised laundry facilities in the basement but machines were never connected. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive”
— 67 ST NICHOLAS PLACE · Manhattan“Unit 5D Pros: The buildings have great square footage for the value. Cons: AVOID. The companies that own places like this profit off of mismanagement of their properties to the tenant's disadvantage. They do not care if asbestos from construction gets into your unit. They do not care if water is leaking from their old pipes. They do not care if the washer/dryer they advertised to you doesn't work. They do not care and they will deflect answering or helping any concerns you might have. They do not care if your packages and mail are being consistently stolen by the same people in the same ways. You might think you've met the worst landlords in NYC, but you will be shocked how terrible the management is here. Advice to landlord: Sell the units to the tenants”
— 67 ST NICHOLAS PLACE · Manhattan“Pros: Spacious. And an elevator. That’s all. Cons: The bugs and mice were absolutely the worst I’ve experienced. Within first two weeks there, we saw over 20 mice and have a major cockroach infestation and the heat actually next worked. The radiators were incredibly loud for no heat to actually come out. Advice to landlord: Lol”
