“Pros: Apartments are decently sized and location is nice on a small quiet street. Cons: Management completely unresponsive, my pipes froze multiple times, had no hot water in the bathroom, broken dishwasher for nearly the entire 4 years I lived there. Packages would constantly get stolen and landlord refused to do anything about it (the tenant that was stealing packages was a friend of the landlord).”

“Unit 24 Pros: Great neighbors, close to subway Cons: Slumlord company that illegally deregulated most, if not all, of the apartments. Management company is only more responsive now because HPD has a lawsuit against them and has placed the building in the Alternative Enforcement Program (which was created to hold negligent landlords accountable). There are endless pest problems (rats, mice, roaches, ants) throughout building. The super is shady and looks the other way when one of the few bad tenants steals someone's package. Advice to landlord: Knock the building down and start over”
