“Pros: This building is very central and a quick walk from trains and buses, as well as shopping. Cons: When I lived there, there was rarely heat and hot water. I froze in the winter. The neighbors are also really loud, talk loudly, and blast music all night. The block is loud with questionable activity. Advice to landlord: Actually invest in your property.”
