“Unit 5 Pros: The top units have private rooftop access with a nice view. Cons: -Lots of mold. -Unresponsive landlord. -Extreme water leaks. -Unprofessional and inexperienced maintenance team. -Loud, inconsiderate neighbors. -Rundown and dirty building. Advice to landlord: Actually fix the water leaks instead of putting a bandaid on the issue. Respond to tenant calls and emails. Hire professionals to perform maintenance tasks.”

“Unit 6 Pros: Location to public transportation Cons: The 70 year old super/repairman. Just felt bad making any repair requests because the landlord is too cheap to hire anyone else So don’t expect things to get fixed quickly Landlord is currently in court with prior tenant for repairs. Advice to landlord: Fix the mold and water leaks Let tenants know about bedbugs when it happens. Lead paint warning.”
