“Pros: It’s easy to find parking Cons: Building not habitat for humans, starting from no heat and hot water, to leaking ceilings,mushrooms growing inside the apartment, bugs and cockroaches, unsealed windows, gaps between the doors and trash-hold, so cold air and rain water get right into the apartment, difunctional boiler so expect to smell fumes all the time.
