Advice to landlord: Why i can’t control the heat in my apartment if im oaying $1700 in rent. If i want my house to feel like a sauna that’s my choice i have never walked in my apartment and it was warm i got space heaters in my room my sons room and the living room so my light bill in incredibly high”
