“Unit 3D Pros: Price is lower than other places. Amazon locker in lobby. Elevator. Laundry in building. Cons: Landlord does not make repairs. Two flooding incidents, including one from other tenant’s fire and we still have hole in our ceiling and mold growing after a month. Not responsive to needing repairs. Big roach problem. Hallways and common areas are only cleaned maybe once a week. People steal packages during the holiday time. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants.”
