“Pros: Nothing! Thumbs down 👎 Cons: This building is CRAZY. They have had some nut who calls himself a neighbor following me & my daughter around. Then to make matters worse this INSANE tenant has made just about 100 leaks in my bathroom & has NEVER gotten in trouble for it. I've complained almost 200 times & all this management company does is lie & tell story after story. They act as though their attempting to fix the bathroom & then the tenant above me makes the same leaks over & over again. I mean who does this kind of s**t really? Nobody that's who & that's exactly who they are! A bunch of NOBODY'S causing problems for everybody else, then think their supposed to get some kind of special attention & keep a lease. They should have been gotten kicked out or better yet EVICTED if you ask me. Who is the Landlord here? Because, this kind of irrational over looked behavior coming from adults should NOT be tolerated or overlooked. All the B.S. excuses are really UNACCEPTABLE at this point. 😕😡🤬 Advice to landlord: KICK OUT APT# 3B & APT@ 3C then the 2nd Floor can do what we have to do!”
