CADILLAC LEASING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP · avg 2.3 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: It’s close to transportation, markets and pharmacy’s Cons: It’s a high end projects building. Constant police presence. Constant esu presence. Constant roach presence. Constantly unclean. Constant noises. Constant weed smoking. Prostitution in and out of building. Don’t move here. Seriously. Advice to landlord: Come visit the building and see for yourself how it has gone downhill.”
— 123-60 83 AVENUE · Queens“Pros: The lobby is gorgeous, and there are 3 elevators in total so there is always ways to get home fast, and having a doorman is also a huge plus Cons: Had a lot of cockroach problems and mice problem at my unit. Which we had to take care of for most of the time. Advice to landlord: Work a little on the pest control.”
— 123-60 83 AVENUE · Queens“Unit 7G Pros: I liked the apartment, it was decent for an NY building, and always felt comfortable. The temperature was always perfect and the doormen/superintendent were nice and caring. Cons: Security is non-existent sometimes. Packages left and signed for were stolen from the mail room when the doorman was frequently absent. Laundry machines were always broken and had problems. Multiple times clothes had to be dried twice and wrung out after washing cause they were soaking in water in the machine that didn't drain. Multiple plumbing problems and leaks. The water turned off for hours for days in a row. The leasing office is a complete joke! So unprofessional and unorganized. Lost our money order after sending the lease renewal and putting the wrong "payable to" on it. Didn't return the original money order made out to the wrong entity as per their mistake and still demanded a new money order be out to complete renewal. Worst experience ever dealing with Cordine Thomas. Took over a month to process documents for lease renewal and they still charged us a late fee when they were at fault for paperwork discrepancies and delays! If the property was managed by a different leasing company completely, I would consider recommending it. At the moment, I would never recommend it to anyone. Advice to landlord: Advise, get new admin in the leasing office in Rego park because all of those associates are incompetent and have an attitude toward issues that they should be taking responsibility for especially with tenants that actually pay their rent and are respectable. You will lose those good tenants and gain worse ones.”
“Unit 4L Pros: Close to E and F train Plenty markets in area and ok quality restaurants has parking Cons: ROACHES, mice, laundry machines are constantly being broken, packages are constantly stolen, neighbors constantly loud, mentally ill residents, constant police presence, inconsistent security/doormen, broken washer, broken dryers and broken elevator Advice to landlord: Many of these problems shouldn’t exist for the money being charged to stay here. Do better.”
— 123-60 83 AVENUE · Queens“Unit 7 Pros: Location to public transport Cons: Building has declined in the past 5 years. Now taking the homeless and people with severe mental instabilities. Police, EMS, and Fire are a daily presence. The place is full of cockroaches and bedbugs. Management gives little or inadequate heat. All long-standing rent-paying tenants have left. Management is ineffective and does not respond promptly to problems or repairs. Avoid renting here! Advice to landlord: They do not need me to tell them how to do their job. They just don't care.”
— 123-60 83 AVENUE · Queens“Pros: location was really great Cons: roach infestation was unbearable Advice to landlord: upgrade the building and take care of the roach infestations”
