CIPRIANUI CLUB RESIDENCES · avg 4.0 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Love the overall look / aesthetic of building Friendly staff and residents are nice / relatively quiet Gym is no-frills but never full or crowded Spacious apartments, especially the bathrooms (walk in shower, tub, sink, vanity) as it used to be a hotel. I don't think you'd get that much space at this price in many other places in nyc but i'm not an expert Cons: It is an older building which is of course part of its charm but you can tell. They do a good job of keeping it clean but inevitably with any older building bugs can get in.. no roaches but occasional small flying bugs and spiders, I once saw a centipede but it disappeared. Also the unit gets dusty very rapidly.”

— 55 WALL STREET · Manhattan“Unit 724 Pros: Great build quality. The inside is so clean and well-built, incredible appliances. Cons: The burners had difficulty turning on. I asked for maintenance to fix it, and he said "It's fine just hold it on". It's still annoying to use. Their management is insanely responsive though, no doubt if I complain to them about the maintenance man they'd get it fixed and apologize profusely. I'm just moving out soon so it's not a big deal! Really, no real cons here! Advice to landlord: There are some holes in the closet, which I think causes the occasional spider to come in. Just some plaster would fix that, to make it truly airtight. Super easy for me to fix but it should've been done by management across all the apartments.”
