“Pros: A few famous residents in the building! Cons: The board is a mismanaged disaster. Openly screaming at residents. Completely incompetent and extremely prejudiced against gay people. Advice to landlord: This building would be great if the insane board members with no backgrounds in management, leadership, or finances would resign. Half the residents don't pay their rent or maintenance.”
