“Pros: - friendly staff - timely maintenance - no pests - spacious apartment layouts Cons: - neighborhood/surrounding area - community manager is aggressive and non-responsive Advice to landlord: Improve communication with tenants”

“Pros: The building is CLEAN. 2 years here and have never seen any pest (knock on wood). Management is responsive. Neighbors are quiet. Cons: Heat is on your electric bill (so between constantly paying for air in the summer and heat in the winter it’s a high bill). The unit that controls air and heat is difficult to control and it’s either too hot or too cold. Third and second Avenue can be full of addicts and homelessness. It’s depressing to see. Advice to landlord: Doormen during the week are fantastic. The weekend ‘security’ you hire for the front desk barely look up at anyone entering the building.”

“Pros: Loved that the location is very close to the train station (two blocks) and close to many local stores. The building has 24/7 door man. Our apartment is very large for Manhattan. Cons: You will always see homelessness and addiction when you leave and enter the train/your home. The maintenance takes some time to respond to request.”
