“Pros: They painted the lobby and the building location close to two train stations is great. Cons: Super is not up to task and hates being bothered "after work hours" or weekends but is a LIVE IN SUPER just for the possibility of after hours problems. . Porter is property agent's husband and rarely cleans but does complain about having to do it. Elevator is out of service all the time. We're getting new laundry (to attract new tenants/owners. Otherwise, the dryers burn your clothes and the basement is just plain scary to be in. The roof is leaky and not in great condition if we keep getting leaks year round because of it (according to Super). Leaks, mold, lead paint; not sure why the bedbug report says zero because i can see at least 5 apartments that STILL have them. We have incessant mice and roaches. The floors are terrible and bathroom leak. We have no fire exit signs, lights in staircases, fire extinguishers or any security in case we have another fire. Oh, yes, there was a DEADLY fire here in December 2025 and landlord has yet to care. Check building violations... Advice to landlord: Your tenants deserve respect.”

— 37-06 80 STREET · Queens“Pros: Pet friendly, close to the LIRR and the 7! Cons: Rats at night because of the next door buildings garbage problem, intercom sucks, too many stolen items, loud neighbors, too many leaks!! ROACHES! Advice to landlord: Actually try to take care of the building, maybe?”
“Pros: The area is a great area to live in however the property manager uses that to not fix any issues in the building to frustrate people into leaving so she can raise the rent for the next tenant. Cons: The super takes 1-2 months to fix any issue with the excuse that the property manager doesn’t respond to his order requests. Once the property manager is contacted by phone she ignores you. When you go to her office in person she acts like she’s busy so she can ignore your needs. But as soon as your late in rent she magically is free to bother you, yes even during a pandemic. Advice to landlord: Give your property manager a reality check, she is messing with people’s lively hood while acting like she’s above everyone. Also check your reviews on Google this is not the only property you own with these issues.”
