“Pros: Location and building is quiet. Cons: Building maintenance is non existent. No garbage removal on the weekends, unless the super is on vacation and someone is covering for him, that's the only way the building really get cleaned. Advice to landlord: As a tenant that has lived here going on 5 years. The cleanliness of the building has really plummeted with this current super, despite the constant hike on rent. The laundry room that's advertised as an amenity is always gross ,and overflowing with trash. THE ENTRANCE and lobby of the building that was once spotless with the previous Supers, get cleaned when the super feels like it. On top of that, they now expect paying tenant to walk their small broken down cardboard boxes downstairs in the back yard and not leave it in the garbage room, because this Super thinks it's too much work for him even though he barely cleans the building. There has been dried piss in the stairwell for months that I submitted a request in the portal to get cleaned, and no surprise, the dried up piss is still there. I have complained multiple times to property manager but most complaints fall on deaf ears. Avoid this building if you can, building is quiet, no issues with other tenants but the upkeep of the building is very atrocious.”

Water is shut off drying the day without any notice (we find out from the super after it’s turned on that it’s because they were fixing a leak). Over the years, management has slacked. There used to be a really super super 10+ years ago.”

There are now working cameras through the entire building, new intercom, Cons: Living next to highway the windows aren’t sound proof the noise can get a bit loud at times, windows, received a better ACs. The maintenance of the building has gotten worse, no one sweep vacuums on a constant bases, Trash Builds up on the weekends because theres no 7 day Super, The basic disinfects proactive measures are not implemented, elevator isn't cleaned wiped down , mirrors aren't clean. This needs to improve 3+ years is a bit much. Advice to landlord: Answer emails calls & text in a timely fashion, basic daily cleaning , vacuuming every other day every floor, Trash room needs to be Thoroughly cleaned, put up proper signs to instructions tenants in Trash room,mop lobby floors & elevator floor, fix elevator door, stop it from scratch metal to metal as it opens & closes. Hire Professional window cleaners monthly for outside the entire building.”
