“Unit 8B Pros: Apartments are big enough to fit the needs of people. Cons: Garbage management is abhorrent, there are bugs and mice (fumigated 2 times and still have bugs). Management refuses to handle issues that happen outside of the renters control + not at fault for (called 311 on them several times) this is a non smoking building and there have been cigarettes found and cops all throughout the building. The super has changed several times over the course of a year. Advice to landlord: Do better and hire people capable of doing the jobs they’re assigned to.”
