“Pros: Nothing good here Cons: Filthy hot building vent fans turned off all upper floors to save money trash never cleaned everyday no super lives here floors not washed weekly mold and rodents in many apts have to call 311 to get repair’s done owner allows 5 people jammed into small studio apts Advice to landlord: Sell and so people who live here get proper service”

“Pros: Management is so responsive. They are always making improvements and making the building safer. Cons: There is a crazy tenant that is obsessed with harrasing the owners and tries to get other tenants on board. Advice to landlord: Keep working hard!”

“Pros: The rent is Cheap Cons: No heat, concerns not being met, doesn’t fix anything. Garbage gets out of hand, in the warmer weather hallway smalls of garbage. Hallways dirty & littered, needs updated paint & a roof leak in top floor hallway, on rainy days the water runs to the front of people’s door Advice to landlord: Issues come w/ owning property. Tenets have rights as well”
