“Pros: Fairly quiet. Gets good light. Nicely sized apartments. Decently insulated from outside noise. Stays warm in the winter. Lots of access to shops and food nearby. Cons: Building upkeep was not good. Very dim and dirty interior. Management hard to get a hold of and super unreliable, but the super is helpful if you can get a hold of him. He was fairly responsive in my experience. I lived in a top floor unit, and my ceiling would constantly leak when it rained and water would pool up in the paint. We had roaches as well.”
