“Pros: Rents are inexpensive Cons: Emergency issues with water & heat and no resolution in years. Advice to landlord: Resolve your failing infrastructure. Hire companies that are competent as opposed to just economical. There are constant repairs on items just installed. The tenants are suffering.”
