— 626 FLATBUSH AVENUE · Brooklyn“Unit 20F Pros: Very well maintained, all issues were fixed quickly, nice amenities such as weekly free yoga classes, occasional events organized for the residents. Nice community, lots of great outdoor spaces and breathtaking views. I loved living there. Cons: There's really not much to say here. Only things I can think of: Doormen and super are gossipy. Kitchen sink water never got hot. Not accommodating in terms of rent reduction during Covid. Advice to landlord: Local staff should be trained to be less gossipy, more professional. They were all very friendly and helpful though.”

— 626 FLATBUSH AVENUE · Brooklyn“I loved living here - here are some of my fave highlights: Many community activities (Live music/yoga/parties/wine tasting). / Super dog friendly + convenient for dog owners. Solid COVID protocols / Clean, beautiful open spaces. / supportive and kind staff. Anything I didn't like about it was due to the neighborhood during these crazy times, not the building itself.”
— 626 FLATBUSH AVENUE · Brooklyn“There was a huge leak (over 5 floors with severe damage) in the building not long after we moved in and it has been several months with no repairs made. There is mold and damage everywhere and no one does anything to address it. It is not worth the high price of rent at all. Look elsewhere! Train can be heard from the apartment as well as your neighbors. Issues are repeatedly ignored by management.”
