“Unit 4V Pros: Spacious with lots of closets Cons: Disturbance from upper story”

“Pros: Security and Garbage Management. The service people work nicely. Clean apartment building. Cons: Huge Issue with Heat and Hot Water. It seems like we never have heat. I know for a fact they are violating the heat law in nyc. We’ve had no heat in 30 degree weather outside (sometimes even lower than that). Floors are creaky. Apartment makes sound. Advice to landlord: Fix the heat issue man.”
