“Unit 9 Pros: The management is pretty responsive, sends maintenance pretty quickly to fix issues, never saw a bug or rodent in my year living there, if you live in the back of the building it’s completely quiet, location is wonderful Cons: The live in super is sweet and harmless but completely unhelpful, walls are pretty thin neighbors definitely can hear you play music at regular volume, trash room is a mess and dark Advice to landlord: Fix the trash room, clean the building more often”
