“Pros: Clean building, responsive owner, thick walls, no pests. Has an elevator that always worked, garbage was handled regularly and halls were regularly cleaned as well. No issues with pests which is rare. Cons: no laundry in building and back on building units were dark with limited light. Advice to landlord: None there were no complaints”
