“Unit 1124 Pros: The super was so sweet, and i liked the door men. We had a great package room and they had more amenities when i moved in. I think the building is beautiful and i love the rooftop space vut it sucks that they make you pay extra for amenity acess otherwise you just go to your boy and thats it. Aslo the laundry was very expensive! Cons: There is a bunch of criminal in the surrounding area and the lobby area gets kinda packed at night. Aslo the laundry was very expensive! It was really pretty on the side looking by the train tracks not the front Advice to landlord: Bring back massag chairs”

Cons: The neighborhood is not the best, and I have gotten my car broken into. The parking garage isn’t finished so I have to park on the street and risk getting it broken into again. The street parking is also terrible and I have enough tickets that cost the amount of my rent since moving here two months ago. Advice to landlord: There should be a way that you can protect your tenants vehicles that are directly outside of the establishment. My car was broken into at the front doors of the building. You should be able to release footage to not only the police but me as well.. Or move faster with the construction of the garage”
